Two black and white photos of faculty and student members of the Illinois Institute of Technology architecture program circa 1940-1941, taken by George W. Larson, a 1942 graduate. One photo shows a group walking on a downtown Chicago street, the other photograph shows a group sitting on the steps of the Art Institute of Chicago, where IIT architecture courses were taught at that time. This collection consists of photographic negatives and digital files of Michael Abramson (1948-2011), an IIT alumnus (M.A. in photography, Institute of Design, 1977), including freelance/contractual work. The collection includes 349 digital images comprising 15 sets of "Camera Night" photos from the Festival Strip Club in Chicago, 1979.
