This plan shows development phases 1, 2, and 3 for the residential village at IIT.

Shows 30th to 35th St., Michigan Ave. to railroad. Plan does not include Architecture or Library buildings.

The plan shows "Future Architecture & Applied Arts Building" (on the site now occupied by Siegel Hall), "Future Library and Administration Building" (on the site now occupied by Hermann Hall), and a "Future Auditorium."

Color coded to show "New-Present," "Old," & "Government-Temporary" buildings.

Pencil markings include "barracks" and "air craft hanger."
