Video interview with John Grimes, who received an MS in Design from the Institute of Design (ID) in 1974. Grimes recounts his experiences as a student under Arthur Siegel and Garry Winogrand (adjunct faculty in 1972), as well as his time as an ID faculty member and acting director in the late 1970s. Also addressed is the history of photography at ID and photographic education in general. Running time is 1:17:39 minutes.
