15 sheets of floor plans, color drawings, and text descriptions of Michigan Place, a proposed townhouse/condominium development on land owned by IIT between 31st and 32nd streets and between Michigan and Indiana avenues. The development was to have been completed by Shorebank Development Corp. and Optima, Inc. Also present is a copy of a memo from John P. Collins (IIT VP for Buusiness and Finance) to all IIT faculty and staff, inviting them to buy units in the development. Also present is a three-page price list for units in the development.
