Anderson, dated January 15, 1944, from the Navy V-12 Unit, Illinois Institute of Technology (Chicago), detailing the percentages of time (with descriptions of responsibilities) he was to devote to organizational issues, discipline, police and inspection, welfare and recreation, personnel duty, and watch duty (2 pp.).
