Per a note, dated Jan. 7, 1957, and probably written to IIT Pres. John T. Rettaliata, which was found with these materials: "Mr. Biedinger, who gave IIT the copy of his poem on Edison [see the collection], stopped in yesterday afternoon to leave the attached. Thought you might like to have them. [signed] fl." Biedinger died in 1958, and nothing further could be found about him. No connection with IIT, Armour Institute, or Lewis Institute could be found.
