Description of the Collection
Photographs related to the Early Identification Program at Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, in Spring 1975 or 1976. One group of images shows minority students (primarily African American) working on projects, either a cardboard tube telescope or a shoe box pinhole camera. The other group of images are ones taken by the students using the pinhole cameras. The folders are organized as follows: 1. Students; 2. Students with telescopes; 3. Students with cameras; 4. Shoe box camera images.
