Partnership in the Future: The Refounding of IIT to Serve an Evolving Society collection, 1977
Copies of document entitled "Partnership in the Future: the Refounding of IIT to serve an Evolving Society." The document served as the basis of IIT's $100 million development program and was crafted in response to the COMFIIT [Commission on the Future of IIT] report. Also present are carbon copies of a cover letter by IIT President Thomas L. Martin, Jr., dated either October 28, 1977 or November 1, 1977, which was sent with the report to various important donors/supporters of IIT, asking that they review the document and voice their options via an accompanying "IIT Case Statement Questionnaire."
