Two magazines published by Look, with photographs by Marvin Newman as follows: (1) Look, December 3, 1963, photo essay for "Madness is a Game on Sunday" (text by Leo Rosten), pages 63 - 74. (2) "Kennedy and His Family in Pictures" by the editors of Look, 1963, includes two funeral images by Newman on second-last page and last page. Also, Playboy's Girls of the World, 1971, cover image and some interior photo/s by Newman.

Biographical Note

Marvin E. Newman (b. 1927) is a 1952 Institute of Design graduate, one of three students who received a Master of Science degree in Photography in the first year that the degree was awarded. Newman studied with Harry Callahan and Aaron Siskind and has worked for or had his works published by Sports Illustrated, Life, Look, Newsweek, and Smithsonian publications.
