Description of the Collection The bulk of the collection consists of real estate materials and IRS filings. Real estate materials concern mortgages held as investments by Armour and Lewis Institutes and Lewis campus properties with values and maintenance expenses, ca 1938. Includes a Plat map of Lewis campus showing buildings and vacant lots, as well as notes, correspondence, insurance values, and legal descriptions of State St. area properties acquired in 1940s.
