IIT Independent Press, was a student-produced radical newspaper of the 1960s. "Published monthly by Jericho Publications Inc. ...Staff: Charles Peters; Bill Bolton; Charles Erdell; Andre Souffront" (per Vol. 2 , No. 1). Topics covered include IIT Black Student Organization, urban renewal, and faculty member Max Primack. Collection contains 2 copies of the October 1968 issue (vol 1, no. 2) and the March 1969 issue (vol. 2, no. 1). (1)

2003 Spring issue of Invoke, a 20-page student-produced publication "exclusively meant to showcase the creativity of the students here at Illinois Institute of Technology." Contains reproductions (in color) of art works, architectural drawings, poems, and essays. May be the only issue published.

Description of the Collection Zest was a short-run serial publication with student-written literary entries. Per the first issue Zest is "A student publication sponsored and edited by members of KIVA. KIVA is composed of Illinois Institute of Technology students who are interested in the fine arts."
