This blueprint shows a proposal for 9 fraternity houses, existing Farr Hall, and a "Possible Future Dormitory." It is signed "C.K. Simons" with no date, but reads "C, 1954" in pencil on back.

The correspondence reflects his various areas of responsibility, including student discipline, counseling, campus residential life, and student organizations.
