Scope and Contents

Moderator and Illinois Institute of Technology professor Jules Zanger and guests Richard M. Smith (Director of Educational Services, Illinois Bell Telephone) and George S. Speer (Director, Institute of Psychological Services, Illinois Institue of Technology) discuss the ability of testing to predict success, primarily in an occupational context. The American Scene was produced by Illinois Institute of Technology and ran from 1958 to 1964. Episodes originally aired on television station WNBQ, with a weekly rebroadcast on radio station WMAQ.
