Miscellaneous materials related to VanderCook College of Music.

Film: Cobalt 60 Process, 16 mm, ca. 5 min., B & W; Silent. Five reels, four positive, 1 negative.

35 mm slides, apparently representing three unrelated sets as follows: 1) Graphs showing results of a scientific experiment probably used in a lecture or presentation on materials fatigue (56 slides), 2) Color images of a precision steel tool or cutting device (38 slides), 3) A camper-type trailer, perhaps a mobile laboratory, color, slide mounts dated 1970 (6 slides).

This collection includes photographs of Illinois governors.

Two red, white, and blue banners (gold star flags?). One has a large gold star with the number 24 beneath it and a large blue star with the number 2705 beneath it. The other banner has 49 small blue stars and one gold star and read "L" and "P." Banners may relate to Armour Institute of Technology, Lewis Institute, and/or Illinois Institute of Technology.

Two 12" vinyl records (two copies of the same recording): "The Fall Guy"; recorded on both sides as Side 1 and Side 2. RCA, LCS 020402, A National Safety Council Presentation. Produced by Commercial Films, Inc. Cleveland.

Three reel-to-reel films identified as follows:

16 mm film labeled "Scientists at laboratory equipment and computers." Film is B & W, silent, 4¾" diameter, ca. 10 min.

Unlabeled art film, B&W negative, sound, on hub, 16 mm, 9¾" d., ca. 20 min., appear to be an art film.

16 mm film labeled "Two men talking at a table." Film is B&W positive, silent, 3½" diameter, ca. 5 min. The film is unedited footage to be used as outtake.
