Biographical Note
Barry Michael Kostenko received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Armour Institute of Technology in 1934. He served as the class Sergeant-at-Arms. Armour Institute of Technology (opened 1892) was one of two Chicago colleges which merged in 1940 (the other college was Lewis Institute) to create Illinois Institute of Technology.
