Fifteen 35 mm color slides of scenes around the campus of Illinois Institute of Technology, circa 1951. Original cardboard mounts read: Ansco Color/Processed by ColorLure Inc., Date/Chicago 36, Ill. Images are as follows: five slides of fraternities in the historic mansions on Michigan Ave. during Technorama, two slides of Chicago fire department vehicles near Michigan and 33rd Sts., two slides of historic Armour Institute of Technology/IIT buildings: Main Building, Amour Mission/Student Union, Chapin Hall. Three slides of new (Mies-designed) campus building, three slides of Alumni Memorial Hall and NROTC unit, including a torpedo outside the building and one interior shot; Capt. Azer and Gary Erochn (sp?) identified.

Theodore Cable is a 1952 graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology (B.S. Psychology). He lived on campus in Farr Hall, a student dorm, and took the photographs ca. 1951
