Three ring-binder with handwritten class notes from lectures and outside readings for what appears to be three different courses: Physics 512 (Spring 1948), Diatomic Molecules (Fall 1948), Atomic Structure (Spring 1948). Also typescript titled "Calculations of the Spectroscopic and Physical Constants of NO [nitric oxide] and also the Thermodynamic Properties." Binder is gray fabric covered with IIT logo of the 1940s stamped in red.

Dr. C. Arne (Clarence A.) Arenberg received a B.S. in Arts and Sciences from Lewis Institute in 1938, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from IIT in 1952.
