3 ¼" x 4" glass slides bound in either black or red tape used by the ARF for presentations. Some slides have commercial mounts reading "Bond Slide Co., Inc. Chicago" and "Chicago Slide Co., 6 E. Lake St. Chicago." Box 1 images bulk with graphs, technical charts, gauges, a telephone switchboard including images of people using or studying the equipment are included. Two matted oversize portraits on board. Portrait of J. Ogden Armour is a reproduction of what appears to be a pencil drawing. Location of the original is unknown, but the image appeared in the 1928 AIT yearbook (Cycle) which was posthumously dedicated to Armour. Image is 11x17"; matted to 19x24". The second portrait is a formal photograph of an unidentified man, circa 1960's. Image is 15x19"; matted to 20x24".
