Materials generated by or related to the art @ iit activity begun in 2004 to establish an art gallery on the campus of Illinois Institute of Technology. Includes announcements, publicity materials, exhibit catalogs, etc. Oversize material consists of three display posters for exhibitions of art by Akiyoshi Kitaoka, Dee Breger, and Ben f. Laposky.

Appears to be the records of Arthur Grad, Dean of the Graduate School consisting of notifications of various forms of research-based financial aid: fellowships, assistantships; scholarships; traineeships. Letters and payrolls notices to students are included. Aid came from various sources: NASA, NEDA, NSF, IIT, IITRI and industry.
One issue of "Arts & Architecture" being the March 1952 issue (Vol. 69, No. 3) with cover article "Mies Van der Rohe" (pp. 16-31). The article includes photographs by Institute of Design photographers: Felipe B. Chano (cover image), John Klukaszewski, Al Loginsky. The magazine also includes a two-page article by Hugo Weber, "Vision In Flux," (pp.32-33) with photogrpahs by Harry Callahan.

Two red, white, and blue banners (gold star flags?). One has a large gold star with the number 24 beneath it and a large blue star with the number 2705 beneath it. The other banner has 49 small blue stars and one gold star and read "L" and "P." Banners may relate to Armour Institute of Technology, Lewis Institute, and/or Illinois Institute of Technology.
