Content Description From the Collection:

Office files from two of IIT's presidents, Meyer Feldberg (1987-1989) and Lewis Collens (1990-2007). Contents fall into physical series such as correspondence (personal and corporate), fundraising, and events.

Description of the Collection Two photographic transparencies (b&w positive images, 11x14") apparently photographed from a printed document showing Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's architecture program, in chart format, proposed for Armour Institute of Technology, Chicago. One image is titled "The Elements of Architectural Form" and identifies the chart (on the other image which is titled "Program for Architectural Education") as being a 1973 recreation, by Frank F. Ake, Jr. of the 1937 original chart (which was lost). Ake...
