Publicity, program, and printed materials related to the opening of the exhibit Mies in America at the Museum of Contemporary Art, and a March 9, 2002 event honoring Phyllis Lambert.

Materials related to the sculpture Man on a Bench by George Segal, commissioned by Illinois Institute of Technology as part of the Mies van der Rohe Centennial celebration in 1986. Most of the materials in the collection are secondary materials or copies of primary documents found in other collections.

A 24 page booklet written by Rolf Achilles and Charlotte Myhrum titled "Guide to the Campus of the Illinois Institute of Technology" describing the architectural history of 30 buildings on the IIT campus. A photograph of each building is included. Achilles holds copyright to text and images.

Video of Mies van der Rohe's 118th Birthday celebration held in S. R. Crown Hall on the campus of Illinois Institute of Technology on March 26, 2004. Present in order of appearance include Donna Robertson, Peter Beltemacchi, Jack Bowman, Louis Rocah, David Sharpe, Paul Shaver, Jack Hartray, and Peter Roesch. Speakers, most of whom were students or colleagues of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, talk about their recollections of him. Film produced by Dan Kuruna.

Administrative file on traveling exhibit (poster panels), Mies van der Rohe: Architect as Educator, developed by Illinois Institute of Technology (Chicago) in connection with the events hosted to mark the the 100th anniversary of the birth of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. Exhibit traveled internationally, ca. 1986 - 1992. A book (exhibit catalogue) of the same title is available, but not included in this collection.

Materials related to "Bronzeville Design Symposium: The Impact of Design on Urban Communities," held at Illinois Institute of Technology October 29-30, 1999. Project was a joint activity of IIT, the College of Architecture, and Harvard Graduate School of Design.

DVD of a program conducted by Dean Wiel Arets in which he discussed his "Current Work." This program was held on October 3, 2012 in S.R. Crown Hall.
