Programs from 1968, 2000-20002 convocation ceremonies including speakers, honorary degree recipients. The 1968 ceremony was also the 75th Anniversary Convocation. The collection includes photographs of faculty and staff in academia robes at the 1968 convocation.

This record group contains materials for university-wide commencement ceremonies. Included are (1) a DVD of the university-wide commencement ceremony on May 18, 2013, (2) a DVD of the university-wide commencement ceremony on May 17, 2014, and (3) a DVD of the university-wide commencement opening ceremony held May 16, 2015.

Description of the Collection Printed commencement programs, 1940-2010. The programs include a list of names, degrees, and honors awarded. Also includes names of speakers and honorary degree recipients. Many of the copies retained here are identified as "marked" with penciled additions and deletions made to the list after the program was printed, indicating that these are the corrected copies which were editied by the Registrar's Office after the programs were printed. Color photos of commencement exercises taken by Chappell Studios. Generally includes 2 x 2¾" (62 mm) proofs of graduates receiving their diplomas with name identified on back of image. Also, images of speakers, stage, guests, processions, etc. Negatives (35mm) and selected 5 x 7" prints are included for some dates.

Description of the Collection Videotapes containing recordings of IIT commencement ceremonies.
