Materials (identified as Box No. 3-81 when found) created or collected by Illinois Institute of Technology staff member Dan Ryan, representing Public Relations' office files. These materials do not all appear to have something in common but rather seem to represent major activities or events of the university which would be public in scope and therefore deserve the attention of the Office of Public Relations. Names appearing frequently in the materials include: Melvin T. Tracht (V. P. & Treasurer); James J. Brophy (Academic V. P.); Sidney A. Guralnick (Provost).
