Comments by Hattula Moholy-Nagy in 2007 regarding these recordings describes them as being "of considerable importance and interest to scholars of the Institute of Design and Moholy's cinematic works. Numbers 1, 2, and 4 were used in teaching. Moholy's integration of 'new' literature into the ID curriculum is set forth in Vision in Motion, pp. 292-357.
