Description of the Collection

A poster (10.25 x 17") depicting an image related to research work done by Illinois Institute of Technology professors Hassan Nagib and Andrew Fejer in fluid mechanics. Their work was rendered artistically by Anita Douthat and titled "Vortices in the Wake of a Row of Rectangular Rods." Illinois Institute of Technology alumnus Edward V. Mochel later used the poster image as inspiration for an oil painting.
