This plat map is color-coded to show construction type (fire resistive, incombustible, brick, frame, concrete) of all buildings, historic and new, bounded by 31st Street, 35th Street, Michigan Avenue and the -New York Central Railroad. 3 copies of the map are included in the collection, 1 with pencil markings showing "buildings wrecked."
